Counterstay system with needle roller and cylindrical roller flat cages
The base version comprises the M/V guideways and angled needle roller or angled cylindrical roller flat cages and is a linear locating bearing. The guideways are supplied in quality grades Q2, Q6 and Q10.

The cages are made from steel or plastic. Metal cages are suitable for more demanding conditions, such as high acceleration, high temperatures and where the ends of the cage are exposed at some point in operation. Plastic cages are particularly cost effective for basic operating conditions.

Accessories include end pieces for the guideway ends and scrapers to protect the raceways from being contaminated.
These guides comprise J and S guideways with intermediate needle roller flat cages. They are used as non-locating bearings and for restricted stroke lengths. The guides are available in tall and flat variants. The cages comprise metal or plastic and have a single or double-row design.

M and V guideways with angled flat cage

These guides comprise M guideways with a plain sliding layer and V guideways as a mating track. They are used in particular to accommodate static or cyclical loads if no lubrication or only initial lubrication is possible, or if an increased friction level is required for damping reasons. The guides are also suited for oil or grease lubrication and have the same mating dimensions as M-V guideways with a flat cage. The guideways are supplied in quality classes Q6 and Q10.
M guideways with plain sliding layer and V guideways
The base version comprises guideway pair ML/V with adjusting gib and angled needle roller flat cages. These guides are preloaded by the gib, whereby the gib applies the preloading force evenly across the entire length of the guideway. The slope of the gib surface is 1.5 %. When the gib is moved by 1 mm, the height changes by 15 µm. The guideways are available in quality classes Q6 and Q10.
