INA also offers the optimal electric drive combination for all series of driven linear units to meet individual customer requirements. Finely graduated servo motors and precision planetary gearboxes are available for all linear units to cater to a wide variety of applications.

It goes without saying that the control technologies for actuating motors are state of the art and enable a high level of performance for the INA linear modules. Commissioning the controls takes place using a convenient commissioning tool; preliminary commissioning with the linear actuator or linear table is offered as a service. The highly dynamic servomotors are available with absolute value encoders or resolvers, both with and without a holding brake. The connection to the control system is made quickly and easily using prefabricated cables for which standard lengths are available.

To adapt the torque, the customer can choose between one and two-stage, low-clearance planetary gearboxes. Additional accessories include ready-made connection lines for the control, mains filter, ballast resistors, motor throttles and different proximity switches for attaching to the INA linear actuators and linear tables. These products allow us to quickly and reliably realize your positioning task in a cost-effective manner.

All components required for operation are integrated in the linear modules and are modular by design. Linear modules are guided by linear ball bearing and guideway assemblies of series KUVE or KUSE or are guided on track roller guidance systems of series LF. The drive function is implemented by a ball screw drive, toothed belt or direct drive (linear motor).
The range of driven linear units is complemented by control systems, motors and gearboxes that are specifically matched to each other for optimum performance.
LINEAR MODULES
Linear tables are used where larger masses are moved in one or more axes. Due to the large distances between support points, these linear tables are also capable of supporting high torques. The guidance systems used are linear ball bearings or linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies. Linear tables are available without a drive mechanism, with a ball screw drive, with a trapezoidal lead screw drive or a direct drive.

LINEAR TABLES
With the proven standard multi-axis positioning systems, many applications can be realized without additional design work. This allows you to complete projects rapidly using components that are already matched to each other.
You have considerably less design and planning work and within a very short time, you receive a proposal from us for a positioning system with your required axis travel distances.
The standard 3-axis positioning systems are currently available in two classes: up to 5 kg and up to 15 kg of moving mass.
